I'm a big fan of twin-stick shooters and this one has some unique gameplay and modes. The arena morphes as you progress through the levels and makes it much more challenging. The power ups are short and powrful by collecting yellow hexagon and to power up upgrade fire power you collect the pink hexagon and there's a quick dash mode to ram through every emenies that get caught in the way but there is no bombs.There's also boss fight after you complete\/survive the waves.Don't judge this game by lack of pretty\/colourful graphics because the gameplay is just top notch for an indie game.. Crisp, clean, intense, chaotic action plus a bangin soundtrack! If you like Waves or Geometry Wars this will please you!. This is EXCELLENT. I bought it on sale, and would happily pay full price.I loved Geometry Wars, Waves and countless other 2-stick shooters (also old enough to have loved Asteroids...), but this *feels* fresh. It's perfectly polished, and the addition of constant mid-game changes to the arena shape gives you something new to run away from, learn, and sometimes use to your advantage.No unfair deaths, no easy\/lazy ways to grind through levels, no smart bombs, and in challenge mode just one life. Campaign mode is *big*, with varied bosses separated by plenty of waves of enemies. The enemies in these waves and their spawn locations are vastly different and much more intense in the harder game mode, it's not just "the same again but your gun is 50% weaker."It's all topped off with fair but difficult achievements, and plenty of replayability for quick-fix or endurance sessions.Grab it, I'd recommend it without hesitation.. This game is amazing. I hope is recieves some love in the near future. :)
